Item 5.02.    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 16, 2019, Endo International plc (“Endo”) announced that Jack Boyle was appointed to serve as Interim Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, effective September 27, 2019, while Endo conducted a search for a permanent Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Following a thorough assessment and search process, Mr. Boyle was appointed to permanently assume the role of Controller and Chief Accounting Officer on January 1, 2020. Mr. Boyle’s biographical information is set forth in Item 5.02 of Endo’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed September 16, 2019, and is incorporated herein by reference.
